Jenna also offers guidance for at-home self-care rituals, nervous system support, and daily practices to nourish long-term balance.

Outside the clinic, Jenna enjoys exploring nutrition and TCM food philosophy, staying active in nature, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Gaia. She practices meditation and yoga, loves ocean and mountain time, and continues to deepen her connection to spiritual work through shamanic practitioner training (completed in 2023). Her recent journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with her second baby has further expanded her understanding and passion for supporting women and families through these seasons.
