Asaya Heart is a Somatic Herbalist, Hair Stylist and medicine dance facilitator. She is constantly learning from the plant world, following her passion for Herbal medicine, Ayurveda, Hair cut ritual , Ceremony, Ritual, Massage and Energy healing. She specializes in helping you finding the balance. She has been travelling the world following her passion to help her community with Vibrational medicine, learning and sharing different way to awaken and reconnect to the source learning from different traditions.

Asaya has over 18 years of experience working with hair and make-up. She has completed certification with Vidal Sassoon in Creative Cutting and ABC of Cutting and has received extensive training over a period of 14 years from Aveda in hair cutting and make-up techniques. She also travels extensively, getting influenced and drawing inspiration from styles around the world.

Jenna is a CTCMA registered acupuncturist who graduated the youngest in her class at Alberta College of Traditional Chinese Medicine 10 years go.

She offers acupuncture, cupping, electro-stim, TCM diet therapy, and lifestyle coaching to treat a wide range of health conditions, including sport & every day injuries, pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, pre/post natal support and digestive issues. She also does facial acupuncture for rejuvenation and cosmetic purposes.

As an athlete in basketball, volleyball, and soccer, Jenna has always been active and understands the importance of self-care, particularly in times of high physical demand. One of the things that drew her to study TCM is that it encompasses a full healing experience of the mind, body, and spirit, and it allows her to encourage people to explore the benefits of holistic healthcare and to find balance in their everyday lives.

A visit with Jenna will include recommendations for self-care and self-love as part of a daily practice.

She makes sure to provide a safe and comfortable space for open conversation and her treatment style has been described as gentle and relaxing. She can provide a light touch and is very sensitive to the needs of anyone who may be “needle-nervous.” She also has extensive training in trigger point therapy and is known to provide relief of deep & tight muscle tension.

Maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle is very important to Jenna. She has a passion for nutrition, cooking and how TCM diet therapy practices translate into the Western world. When she is not doing research for her patients, she is exploring her interest in nutrition, and stays as active as possible. She is a big time animal lover and spends her free time hiking with her Aussie Shepherd, Gaia. Jenna enjoys hiking in the mountains, boating, days at the beach, and practices both meditation and yoga. She has recently welcomed her first baby in May 2021 and the journey has deepened her understanding of care for pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.

Becky’s passion is to create a balanced healthy life through the practice of 5 Elements Acupressure therapy and Massage techniques by working with the energy systems of the body, which profoundly affect our physical health, our emotional state, and our spiritual well-being. Becky flows and transitions throughout the body using a combination of techniques. Opening up one’s attention to their own body awareness, to provide harmony on the physical and energetic level. Acupressure and massage also brings deep relaxation and healing to our bodies, our emotions and our spirit. Becky became an Acupressure Therapist in 2014 and studied at the Canadian Acupressure College. During this time and her continued practice Becky has found a true way of helping others alleviate pain and stress. With further certifications at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage in 2017, she began to provide sessions with Deep Tissue massage release combined with Shiatsu therapy and Reflexology. Kevin Scrimgeour is a senior acupuncturist with 20 years of study and practice, who has specialized in community acupuncture as well as general practice, facial rejuvenation, and mental health. Grounded in science and the traditional cultural aspects of many healing arts, Kevin is always moving forward to find ways to better serve the health needs of the community and community acupuncture is one of those ways.

He is an honours graduate of the University of Windsor with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Biology. He went on to earn a Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in BC and Ontario. He has worked in various specialty clinics from private practice to community acupuncture. He often works with seniors, indigenous communities and underserved people with substance and mental health issues. His work in mental health and addiction has informed his respect and deepening of how to effectively apply acupuncture for so many of these issues.

Currently Kevin is championing the community acupuncture clinic in an effort to make acupuncture affordable and available to all. This will be focused to go beyond pain relief to new levels of holistic health as new research continues to demonstrate effective treatment options for many difficult health issues. As well as working in the integrated clinic space in Ganges.

Kevin is always seeking to learn the most gentle, painless and yet effective ways to share with his clients .
